Starting to figure out a new song. Last one had a trance style. I'm still looking to compose a much better dubstep song, something to blow minds!!! But a good chill out song could be another option. I used to listen chill out all day some years ago, and I have never composed one of this... But I can't never forget my roots, rock, alternative and metal bands of the '90s and '80s. So I guess I have too much to do, and that's great!
Cakewalk is another great tool that I have been using more than ten years ago to record music on the computer. In this video I'm recording the guitar solo for the song "Y pensabas que". I recorded it more than 25 times but at the end, it sounded great... that's some of the magic you can do in the (home) music studios using software like Cakewalk's Sonar. I started to upload all my songs to soundcloud since November 2010. I have had some experience with some digital audio workstaions (DAW) many years ago, but I never had the chance to use them deeply, until I got FL Studio again, and with some inspiration coming to my mind, soul and heart I started again to let my imagination fly... Two years later, my songs have been played almost 1,500 times. It's not a very impressive number, but considering I haven't had any kind of marketing effort, I really enjoy to know that there are people out there that like my songs. I'll keep working in this, 'cause it's something that make me feel free... |
